Task Based Consultancy

Task based consultancy is to work together on a task as a team. We treat time as a commodity, that can be bought, sold, saved, wasted or spent. Hence, on task-based consultancy we estimate how much time it would take to complete the task and we use our resources to finish that task. A task may be for few hours, but it may require multiple resources with multiple expertise. Group consultancy is something to be more innovative, reduce time and increase collaboration.
