  • What is DataFusion Ai?

DataFusion Ai intelligent, Integration Platform is the industry’s fastest integration platform as a service (iPaaS) on the market today in terms of time to value, ability to handle complex use cases, and high development productivity. A single platform to integrate applications, data, and things, DataFusion Ai gets you started with a unified, self-service integration experience to connect modern cloud and big data applications seamlessly.

  • Do you provide your services as SaaS or is it a one-time project payment?

It all depends on the requirements of the customers. We offer three products, simple integration is between 10-15 orchestrations from one source of data with minimum transformation logic. Second layer is 10-15 integration but with complex business logic and transformation logic. Third layer is a fully customized solution. Billing solution, SaaS or a lump sum with or without ongoing support will also depend on your requirements. We offer all those solutions.

 

  • How does your data integration work?

Our product is based on Azure, and uses various Azure platform services glued together using our services and architecture. Our value comes from the ability to use those services and marry them with our multi-decade experience working with Big Data. For reporting and visualizing, we can either a tool of our choice, or of your preference (restrictions/terms may apply)

 

  • My organization uses Amazon Web services (AWS) / Google Cloud. Can your data integration solution work with those cloud technologies?

Currently, we are set up to work with Microsoft Azure only.

 

  • My organization already use Azure. Can you use our instance of cloud for data integration?

We may be able to use your instance of cloud. We generally work closely with your IT to see if your architecture allows our services to run efficiently.

 

  • What languages do you support?

Currently we support English only.

  • How do you keep my data secure?

Our services are built on Microsoft Azure’s 84 security certifications. Our own services cater for and make use of Microsoft’s security standards. Any data transfers happen using secure encryption. This is as secure as cloud gets.

 

  • I don’t want to take my data to the cloud. Do you have an on-prem solution?

Currently we do not offer an on-prem solution.

 

  • Do you support multi-factor authentication (MFA)?

Yes, we use Microsoft authentications services; MFA is also available for added security.

 

  • Who will have access to my data and reports?

All access is defined per your requirement. It’s completely up to you who you want to give access to.

 

  • Are you SOC compliant?

  • Are you GDPR compliant?

  • How will you bill me?

Our base business model calls for a three years subscription with quarterly billing. Based on the size and scope of your project, we are open to other payment options that are agreeable to both parties.

 

  • I have a charge on my credit card from DataFusion Ai that I don’t understand?

Your regular bill should not change from one to the other billing cycle. If you see a discrepancy that we have not already talked about, please call Support so we can resolve the issue.

In some cases, if you have moved an expectedly large amount of data during a billing period, it will show up as an additional charge. This will always be tractable and highlighted on your invoice.

  • What are your warranty terms?

Your subscription will give you ongoing warranty and support till the life of the subscription..

 

  • How do you support the system after it is deployed?

We offer support during working hours (CST) as default support. 24/7 support is available as an optional premium service.

 

  • How do you deploy upgrades?

DataFusion Ai offers a full service solution. This means that all upgrades are applied in the background. This means no hassle for you. Microsoft upgrades Azure automatically in the background as well.

 

  • Do I have to pay for upgrades?

No. All software upgrades are applied automatically without any charge.

 

  • Do you have an expedited support contract?

DataFusion Ai offers working hours (CST) support as default support. 24/7 support is available as an optional premium service. Please check out our Silver, Gold and Platinum offers.

  • How long does it take to integrate my data?

It depends. For simple data architecture and a few relatively small data sources, it may take only a few weeks. For a large amount of data, from various data sources, some of which may not offer standard formats, a project can run for many months. A typical project will run from  3 – 6 months.

 

  • How do I order my service?

  • Can I get a demo of your solution?

Yes. Please let us know your requirements and we’ll be glad to set up a demo for you.

 

  • Can I download your software for testing and evaluation?

No. We offer Software as a Service (Saas) and all functionality is built into Microsoft Azure cloud, and as such is not downloadable.

 

  • How much does it cost?

Your price will depend on the amount of data, number of data sources, and level of integration.
